â€Å"You’re fired!† are the words an employee hopes to never hear. An employee in a work environment free of problems and challenges for themselves should be able to avoid hearing these words. Employees may not achieve immediate success but if placed in the right career they will be able to work their way to that goal. In a country known for working more than others, it is important to maintain a balance between one’s career and personal life. Employees must not expect to be the center of innovation at all times but must be able to rely on good leadership to guide their work.
